Let's see... They never did a culture on my moms Pneumonia. After ventilators and some really poor treatments... My mother started to get better. And as soon as that happened they sent her next door. Where she died 3 days later. This hospital and its staff will rot in hell.

If you have Covid, do NOT go here. 20 days in the hospital and my aunt was close to dying. Luckily our family forced them to transfer her to OLOL. She has double pneumonia and they don't even have a pulmonologist on staff. Run from this place.

Rhonda Martin in the ER is the WORST Nurse I have ever met. She is rude, lazy and honestly is so terrible I would never visit this ER again. Do yourself or your family a favor and AVOID THIS ER AT ALL COSTS!!!

So I was brought to Lane via ambulance on April 9th of this year after I was in a very serious motor vehicle accident. I was at a stop, waiting for the car in front of me to turn, when I looked up into my rear view mirror, there was a truck only feet from me coming up very fast. With only seconds to spare, I put both feet on the brake and pulled the wheel hard to the left. There was a massive explosion, flying glass, and screaming tires. I barely managed to hold the wheel, and after being flung more than 40 yards, spun 360 degrees my truck ended up in a ditch, folded like a taco. Luckily I missed the driver in front of me by inches. I was badly injured. My back was screaming in pain, the flying glass had nearly severed my left ear off among other injuries. After being told by paramedics that I would have to climb up the embankment myself, without a C-collar or a back board, and climb into the ambulance myself. Pain level was a 8 out of 10 just in case you wanted to know. I was driven to Lane Regional. I would have been better off at a veterinarian's office. After telling them that my back, neck and foot hurt very badly, I was given a plastic cup and told they would need a urine sample. I was then left in the ER cubicle for 3 HOURS without ANY assistance. I could not walk without assistance, and the only thing those morons X-rayed was my foot!! Nothing was done for my back or neck pain. I had to pee in the cup, while sitting squat on the edge of the bed, since no one would come see to me, or assist me. I was treated worse than any animal, sub-human. They tell me I'm fine, only a sprain, put two very crooked stitches in my mangled ear and send me home. I found out later when I saw a doctor that obviously didn't get their medical license from a cracker-jack box, that I had 4 herniated discs, and a compression fracture. In short--AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

My son has been here since Saturday 7/11/2020 today is Monday 7/13/2020 and there is still no Doctor to tell you what's going on, the service is terrible ud83dude44
