Unorganized, inconsistent, and unreliable. This facility was simply convenient as it was close to home - but I'd much rather go further to receive better quality of care and assistance.nnIt always seems so difficult to get the correct person on the phone to help address my questions or concerns, if the call was even ever picked up. They also do not follow up on open inquiries - I'd have to reach out continuously. On top of that, it took months for them to realize that some of my lab work was lost after I asked for an update. I was told that they probably never sent out my samples to be analyzed after retrieval.nnI suggest that you look elsewhere for care. Otherwise, good luck!

Great staff, very attentive and polite. They do a great job with rescheduling if you need to, reaching out to patients, and they have tons of resources. There are lots of Vietnamese and Spanish speaking doctor assistants on staff. Really glad they have this center here in the east for all the non-English speaking community members, as well as the elderly.

They were very tentative during my visit. They were extremely helpful and Ms. Angelica went above and beyond the call of her duties of being a receptionist. She has always been very compassionate and understanding with my phone calls. I highly recommend this clinic. The lady who takes your blood work is the best. She's quick and doesn't hurt. Thank you so much for being there for me. God Bless you all.

Ms. Vanessa is amazing. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to take care of us. She is definitely one in a million.

The hospital is very nice but I do not advise you to get an all black doctor not trying to be prejudiced you will be waiting or they will cancel on you everybody have the old options but this is the second time and I do not highly recommend this place
