AT&T Store

The workers were extremely helpful and willing to help us get the phones we wanted. Cannot say enough about their kind help! Zachary and Skylar were hands down the best at&t help I’ve ever received! Go at&t Jennings!!!!

Dropped my phone in water for 5 hours. Phone was shot. Zack and Ethan spent a few hours makings sure I got everything on my new phone. Amazing people in there.

I went to the AT&T store in Jennings, Louisiana and after parking my car in front of the store; I saw a huge dog walking around inside of the store. After observing this huge dog walking around inside the store, I decided to call the store and I asked if the store was open, and I was told yes. (This was my first sign to leave this store). I then asked why was a huge dog walking around inside of the store and I was told that it was the managers dog that he brought to work with him. (I did not know that dogs were allowed to walk around freely inside of AT & T stores). While I was still on the phone with the customer representative in the store, she told them to put the dog away, so I told the rep that I needed to make some changes to my account and she told me to come into the store and that it would be done. After I walked in the store, another rep asked me how could she help me and I told her about the changes to my account that needed to be changed because another AT &T rep setup my account incorrectly. This rep tells me that nothing could be done and to drive to Crowley. I told her that I was told by the rep standing on the side of her that the changes to my account could be done. Well, things went down hill very quickly. I didn’t know that customers had to drive all over the state of Louisiana to different store locations for customer service. The drama began!!! One rep said yes and the other rep said no, while I am trying to get some type of clarification regarding my account. This location needs some attention from district management. I STRONGLY recommend that someone from The district or state go to this store because the reps as well as the manager Do Not know what they are doing!!! How could they with a Big Dog walking around the store and had to be put away for customers to enter the store. I didn’t know if I was at Petsmart or AT & T. Horrible Service. Ridiculous!!
