If you would describe a prison then that would be the perfect description for them. I have describe multiple of Time to the staff that I need extra hours for visitation since we don't have parents here as an international. They just reply if your friend is not dead we can't allow for extra hours even for your special case. They have only one hour in the afternoon and one hour in the morning and they don't allow 2 guy in the same hour. Me, my friend, and my other friend who is in the hospital we all live together and we don't have parents or children to visit at all. So, my friend only has us to visit him and help him. Their food are really bad and they won't allow us for extra hours to bring the food to our friend. The rules are meant to help people not to be against them. Just bad hospital with bad staff. I will definitely report this to our health insurance provider and definitely we will not come back again for this hospital even though my friend has Sickel Cell but I would rather go to somewhere else far rather than coming to this hospital.

I experienced the worst RN in my entire life here. They call him J Ross. His first name is Johnathan. He treats you horribly due to his lack of communication skills. He is also horrible at setting the mood for the entire staff. Instead of letting you know what is going on he just conversates and curses right outside the room. He left me in the room the entire night with the lights bright and would chastise me if I spoke. While everyone in the hallway were yelling. Just to let me know later that they were not going to help me. This is the worst hospital I have ever been to.

As an employee, hands down the absolute WORST Human Resources department I have ever come in contact with in my entire employed life. Loved working for the company 5 stars to my fellow LCMH coworkers. From housekeeping, to dietary, to the wonderful nurses, techs, pharmacist, doctors and everyone in between. The entire Human Resources department, however, needs to be gutted from the top to the bottom. I can honestly say that a company that could never say enough good things about has left such an awful taste in my mouth through their HR department.

Im no doctor but neither are they in emergency room. Went in for what i didn't know at the time was gout. Nurse came in didn't have a clue had to go ask someone some questions. Was given some medication sent away. Had to go back because of pain doctor came in and prescribed a shot. Saw a specialists shortly thereafter who told me a simple blood test would have confirmed gout. These people dont know what the hell they're doing.

I was sent to Memorial for chest X-rays. I had hard copy STAT orders in hand . Which had my doctor name and contact information on them. To rule out pneumonia. I have severe COPD. I am on oxygen 24/7 at 3L/M. I was using a portable oxygen generator. I went through the ER because I was too weak and having trouble breathing. My oxygen machine battery died When I reached ER. I couldn’t make it to desk so I flagged someone wearing a hospital employee badge. My name and orders were taken. I explained that I have severe copd and my battery had died and I needed oxygen please. I had a pulse oxygen meter on my finger. I was told they would get me some. A wheelchair arrived to take me to X-ray. Again I explained my condition and asked for oxygen. Again I was told I would get some. Arrived in radiology department and was told to sign in on kiosk. I spoke to woman behind desk explaining for the 3rd time my condition and asked for oxygen. Yes mam we’ll get you some. I was wheeled into waiting room and transferred to chair. Another wheelchair arrives and I am taken to cubicle by check in desk. Gave required information and asked for 4th time for oxygen after explaining my condition and showed the guy that my pulse ox was in mid 70’s. Ok mam we’ll get you some. Taken back to hallway to wait for X-rays. Taken back for X-rays. Asked for 5th time for oxygen and explained my condition. Ok. We’ll get you some. Taken back to waiting room transferred to chair. Now my oxygen level is a 64. At this point it is a life threatening condition. Wheelchair arrived and I’m taken to my ride that was waiting. I was Scared confused dizzy felt faint and very weak. My hands from the tips of my fingers to midway into my palms we’re turning blue. I got in my car and plugged into the car charger. Finally got some oxygen.nI feel like I was neglected and my life was put in danger. A low oxygen level like that can cause cardiac failure or worse. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. I dread going back if any further tests are required. I will be consulting with professionals over this incident. ud83dude22
