This was my first time coming to this urgent care. I was suffering from a migraine that my rx med just wasn’t helping. The staff (from the front desk to those in the back) were all very welcoming. My nurse was Shanna (not sure spelling) and my NP was Renee. Both of these ladies were amazing. They both seemed genuinely concerned I wasn’t feeling well, and both took great care of me! After some iv fluids and some meds, I left feeling much better than when I went in. My wait time to be seen wasn’t long, but I was there a while, but that was just due to the nature of my illness and me needing iv fluids etc. Overall I feel like my time there was appropriate for what I needed. I’ll definitely be back if the need arises for urgent care treatment again!
This is a shady business y'all are running. What kind of company calls out medicine and doesn't approve it so the customer can't pick it up. And doesn't know when the doctor that saw you will come to work again. And also requires you to come back in for a whole new appointment just so that I can get the cough syrup the doctor said she could have if needed. Its sad when a business that is supposed to care for your well-being is being money hungry and unhelpful. As and evacuee who not even staying in Jennings they new this and still wanted me to drive back so that they can charge me and my insurance another visit just get some cough syrup. When they just treated me for sinus infection the day before. Needless to say I will never use this location again.
I am so glad this place came about. No long wait and they take care of the problem. We so needed this fast care facility.
My friend went to the clinic because he had a painful infection on his leg. It was a Saturday so he couldn't get in to see his regular doctor. He has dyslexia so, although he is very bright, he has trouble filling out forms. Instead of trying to help him, the receptionist told him if he couldn't fill out the forms there was nothing they could do. Not only did he not get any help, he was completely embarrassed. He had to go later that night to the hospital ER. At least they helped him.
No wait time w/ fast and friendly service! Very professional staff who showed the utmost care and compassion! Very clean and comforting environment! Highly recommend!
