I am NOT an Olive Garden fan. Haven't been there in years.nnHowever, our service tonight was so exceptional it deserves a shout out.nnOur server was Dustin P., and he was sharp, engaging, attentive, funny, and probably one of the top 5 waiters I've had *in my life.*nnDon't discount chain restaurants, folks. This is where so many talented, brilliant young people get their start in the work force. I encourage you to visit this restaurant soon just to meet this exceptional young man while you can!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Very busy when we arrived, they said it was a 35 minute wait. But it wound up being only about ten so we were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Zoe S, knew her menu and steps of service backwards and forwards. She recommended drinks, an appetizer, and a dessert. The food was delicious, by the way. Always enjoy the bottomless salad :) on a Covid note, the restaurant and all employees were at pains to seat everyone safely and to be sure everyone had the tools to stay healthy. Touch free menus were available,for example. Great job, Zoe S and Olive Garden!

Took my wife out to celebrate. We sat at the bar as there was a 30 min for a table. Our bartender was great, food was perfect. People were seated with some distance for covid safety. We would definitely return here for another night out!

To sum it up, we waited 2 hours for a to go order to be ready and it was handed to a different car. The last time we ordered we didn't get the right food. The food tastes good, but carside definitely needs to be better organized.

We decided to eat at Olive Garden in Shreveport on Youree Drive on 03/20/21. By far this was the absolute worst visit I have ever had here. Our waiter seemed as if she had an attitude the moment we sat down at our table. When I asked for extra bread sticks and she brought them to us, she just dropped them rudely on the table and walked away. My daughters asked for refills on their drinks and our waiter brought the drinks back and just sat them roughly on the table. Not to mention one was a Dr. Pepper, one was a Coke which we had no idea what was what until they had to be tasted. She was not a very attentive waiter and could use more customer service skills.nI was disgusted with the way the bathrooms looked. Stalls had little to no toilet paper, women had to borrow toilet paper from other stalls. There was toilet paper all over the floor, paper towels on the sink. The stalls were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will not be coming back to this Olive Garden for along time!!! I felt so grossed out leaving this restaurant!
