Chili's Grill & Bar

Our waitress, Mel, was perfect!! She gave the best service I've ever received at any chili's! She was so kind and delightful. Even the bartender came by our table to make sure we enjoyed our drinks, I didn't catch his name. The only downside to this experience was the hostess, as we walked in she was on her personal phone on a personal call, ignored us for a short period, then had an attitude. Definitely not someone you want representing your restaurant when you walk in the door.

Oh, what an experience! The waitress was pleasant, however us and other customers had quite a horrible time.nnIt wasn’t busy at all, they didn’t seem short-staffed, yet all this happened:n- we don’t know why we stayed, but from being seated to leaving was nearly 2.5 hours when there was only three of us.n- A/C cranked? In the winter? We were freezing!n- sat the three of us at a booth, then splashed me with cleaning spray. Why couldn’t you wipe it down first?n- waitress dropped whole tray of food. Never cleaned it up. (Seriously, and we were there for over two hours. People just walked around it).n- I saw multiple people come in, take a long time to be seated, never get acknowledged, then walk out. One customer commented to us that it’s like this all the time and they don’t know why they keep giving this place a chancen- slowest service I’ve ever seen in my lifen- requested food be put in a to go box after an hour and a half of waiting on our food. She said “it’s actually ready” then disappeared. 20 minutes later she came out with our COLD FOOD and we again asked about to-go boxes. After 10 minutes or so, she brought us boxes and we cleaned up our plates ourselves.n- restauraunt was also disgusting. Just Filthy. Crayon all over the walls. Nasty windows. Sticky floors and tables.nnBottom line- bring a winter coat and show up before you’re even hungry

I'm giving two stars because the young ladies had to come out in the rain. Our food was NOT good! My chicken was cooked too crispy (not just the skin, but the meat too). The Southwest egg rolls had a slimy texture in them. Total fail this time Chili's

Lunch was OK. I had the shrimp fajitas, and there was way too much cilantro on the shrimp, made them taste somewhat bitter. Mexican rice had a very distinct tomato paste flavor. Waitress did a good job, prompt service. Even tho I signed in on the Chili rewards, we did not receive the free drink or chips.

I went with 2 other people. It was okay i guess. The deep fryer was down so no chips or any fried foods. 2 of us ordered the BBQ platters. And each of us was missing a side. 1 a corn and myself no mashed potatoes. When pointed out to the waitress we got our sides about 45 minutes later along with a to go box and our ticket. I knew there was a reason I hadn't eaten there in over 10 years. Bad service then and now. I really wanted to give them another chance and I'd hoped they improved but I was dead wrong.
