Ordered curb side to go. They were fast and very efficient. Wish I could remember the name of the young lady that helped me... she normally was a server and that day was her first day in to go orders. She was super nice and very efficient. And stayed in contact with me at every point about my order. Made my day!

It was not as well as it normally is. I had order the 2/$27.00 today. I has the honey barbecue strips and pasta and my son the bourbon shrimp/chicken. I actually had hair cooked on my chicken on top of my pasta. I had to wait for new dish to be cooked while my 15 year old ate. I feel like something more should have been done. But I will not be visiting Applebee's on Bert Kouns, Shreveport, LA for awhile. Maybe its the Covid Pandemic that has food service out of order. Thanks to my server for keeping the professionalism. I did tip anyway. Not her fault the food was low class today.

We have been to Applebee's many times, and this time was by far the worse experience we have ever had they were out of a lot of stuff we tried to order and the wife and I spent the next two days being sick and in the restroom most of those next two day the kids were fine thank goodness but we were not. Needless to say we will be back to Applebee's at some point but not this location. I'm sorry to say bit the service and the food was not up to Applebee's standards at all.

The service was awesome food wasnt at the best cooked hard first time ever unhappy with the food go at least once a week
