I ordered curbside to go. Pretty simple to do online. I arrived a little after my expected pick up time. I was the last car to be served and that was only after I called inside to tell someone I was waiting. They left out some extra marinara sauce I paid for. I called back inside to let them know. After another 8 minutes and another phone call to let them know I was waiting, they finally came out with it. The food was not hot so I couldn't tell it had just been sitting there. (Oh and I realized I was missing wing sauce when I got home).
Bourbon street chicken and shrimp was outstanding. I recommend it highly. Unusual seat waiting time
Jasmine was our waitress and the only reason I'm giving such a poor rating. She ignored my husband's empty glass even after she asked him if it was Dr. Pepper. She sat at the bar with her head laid down on the bar for almost 10 minutes. A new table had been sat in her section and she waited to greet them and continued to sit at the bar. My husband went almost 30 minutes waiting for his drink AFTER asking her for a refill AGAIN. I've waited tables before so I always try to tip extra but if you don't even try... You need a different job!
Have not been to Applebee's in a while. We decided to give them a try again and were very happy with the service as well as the food. Serving size was great and the food was prepared fresh. The servers were all very attentive and several serviced our table in rotations. Overall very pleased and will be back soon!!!
It was the bomb!!! That bourbon chicken and shimp was delicious the entire family enjoyed every bite. The waitress who brought out my food to the truck and put it on the passenger side was sweet. Don't remember her name but she had a sweet smile. Thank you
