My new favorite BBQ place! So much food for such a good price. Their Mac and cheese and potato salad are delish and there's so much meat on the sandwich that I can barely pick it up. Best in the area

Tried Clarks Cookout for the first time today. I had the Brisket, Pulled Pork and Sausage. It was absolutely amazing. The Barbeque sauce is so damn good too. We will be going back for sure. Loved the food so very much! Good work! Highly recommended!

this place is not that hard to find… just turn behind Hixon Funeral Home, duhhh. if you’re the kind of person who needs a fancy sit-down restaurant and a paved driveway then maybe just go to a chain restaurant that serves frozen, over-processed garbage. I actually *LIKE* only paying for the food i’m going to eat, instead of all that overhead. Clark’s Cookout is a breath of fresh air and I wouldn’t change a thing. well, ok, except maybe to add beef ribs, lol!nnso far, I’ve had the ribs, sausage and brisket and they were all delicious. it’s clear they use quality meat and know what they’re doing. I think this guy has found his true calling in life! I could swim in a pool of that BBQ sauce, it’s literally *The Best BBQ Sauce I’ve Ever Tasted In My Life*.nnso if you’re not some whiney, complaining outta-towner and you just want GOOD HONEST FOOD and the BEST BBQ you’ve ever tasted and PLENTY of it - perfectly prepared and served by the friendliest people in town - then try CLARK’S COOKOUT!

This place seriously has the best BBQ ever. I've lived in Texas for years and they are known for having some of the best BBQ and Clark's blows them out the water every time. The owner is an awesome guy who will take care of whatever needs or concerns you may have and the food speaks for itself. Definitely worth trying if you pass by.
