After taking 20.00 out of my account by their error, then expecting you to wait for their “process” to reimburse you...doesn’t help when one of the two customer reps is extremely condescending and cocky! It would help south state to learn who keeps your doors open. Customers do! They must think there aren’t 20 more banks looking for your business. Don’t bother with your lame response. I don’t trust any of you!
bank closes early doesn't even Post hours on the door you have to go and call customer service and then it takes forever and they want to place you on hold
They refused to pick their calls whenever I tried to make a complaint
Only one person working drive thru. Not open for inside banking. Takes forever. The line is usually wrapped around to the side of the building even with all three lanes open.
Worst bank ever...cant keep account straight and never open..drive through closed on saturday when they are suppose to be open
