My girlfriend has this bank and they approve everything you’ve paid for before they approve the deposits even if the deposit were made before the things you’ve paid for. They hold the deposits so that they can charge you ridiculous fees. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! We have asked them multiple times why they do this and they lie about it and say the deposits weren’t made before the other things were charged. I’ve never seen a bank charge so many ridiculous fees, be so crooked and lie so much. She is moving banks. We will warn everyone about this bank. I’ve had Bank of America since 2010 and they have always treated me right and that’s where she is going to go to. The closest one is in Seneca, but we’d rather travel to a good trustworthy bank then keep a crooked bank.

I also had a bad experience at this branch related to a lack of customer service by a woman who I assume was the manager (brown hair, didn't get her name). She didn't know and didn't ask, but I keep a substantial balance in this bank. I refuse to deal with rude people who do not appreciate my business. Employees at this bank need to have training in marketing and customer service. I'll be moving my account.

My experience here was horrible. I came in and there wasn’t a line. Shortly after I walked up to be serviced, a man walks in behind me and the employee told me that he can come before me because he’s family. That was incredibly rude and bad service. If I came in first and he didn’t have any prior arrangements, he shouldn’t have been served before me. I kept my composure and she still had a bad attitude. She didn’t give me any courtesy and wasn’t nice about exposing how they didn’t accept debit payments for rent only cash... yet when I brought my husband with me to pay because it was his card, she allowed him to. Of course I told him about how she treated me when I came in. He confronted her about it and lied straight away and denied what she did. Needless to say, she got put in her place. I’m glad we do not need to work with them anymore. I do not recommend anyone to bank here. I can’t remember the tellers name but she’s an older white lady that wear glasses. Her hair is sort of red, dark brown.
