Employees are all nice and friendly but this is the worst bank. Very few locations so cannot easily access your money. Then if you go out of town or want to use your debit card for more than 1k you HAVE TO CALL them! Like whose money is it anyway? They denied a $4 purchase at Wendys in FL because I didnt tell them I was going out of state. THEY ARE NOT MY PARENTS. I am not notifiying anyone where I go and I am certainly not asking for permission to spend my own money. They claim this draconian practice is to protect me from fraud, however I was still hit with someone stealing $100 out of my account from SC, where was the denial on that purchase? So customer service is fine but if you want to spend your money without having to ask first dont bank here.
