I called the bank, before traveling to it, and the information provided to me was not supported once I arrived at the bank. In addition, I waited at least 20 minutes while only one other customer was in the bank. One of the tellers, noticed the delay and was very nice. Moreover, once I finally was met w/ a bank representative and detailed my interests, she disregarded the information provided to me by the bank and distanced her responsibilities from theirs. She never apologized for the delay, or not being able to meet the customers needs. I had to excuse myself, because I was not interested in hearing how recent law changes created barriers to conducting the business I was initially told the bank could provide.
