Bank OZK

I was trying to help a friend of mine that was going through a really hard time and she had had an account with this bank for several years the company that she had a car financed through and hit her account about three times within a week and she had a payment schedule that they were not supposed to do that we went in to talk to the VP at the Cornelia branch and showed him the payment schedule and we asked to dispute the charge on her account and he wants us to go see the people that finance the car I told him know that her money was insured by the FDIC and there was no reason that she couldn’t dispute the charge with her bank and he reversed the charges and he claimed he couldn’t do that I’ve never saw a VP of a bank that couldn’t reverse an NSF charge this is poor customer service I’ll tell my friend close your account and go to someone that really cares about you as a customer I would never do business with this bank It is a poor excuse for a bank that man could have easily reverse those charges but he tried to let out like he wasn’t able to do that my bank takes care of me I don’t know what the problem lis with these people how to take care of their also he told us it would take 15 to 20 days to dispute this charge and there’s no reason in the world that it should take that long to dispute the charge when we had the payment schedule with us that showed when these payments were supposed to come out of Her account this is a prime example of taking advantage of poor people and this man didn’t care
