I have for many years ordered the honey barbecue chicken with bleau cheese and celery sticks. You now don’t offer celery sticks, but instead offer carrot sticks. Yuck! Celery sticks are what goes with this meal. I throw out the carrot sticks.Everyone I’ve asked would prefer celery sticks with that meal. I would suggest you either bring that back or at least offer a choice for the customer. I can’t believe there are no celery sticks in the kitchen.

Have to add to the awful reviews. Used to LOVE the 99! Moved back to mass. 3 years ago gone to the Wilmington location dozens of times. Brought my 11 pound service dog with me about six times or more. Today the manager and general manager told me he was not allowed per 99 policy which is 100% illegal. Any service dog properly identified and tagged per federal law MUST be allowed. No worries plenty of other places to go where people who should be running the DMV don't work!nHospitality is GONE from this place. Charlie Doe must be rolling in his grave. They don't even have a phone number or Contact US on their corporate website. Typical corporate owners. SAD.

POOR customer service after gift card purchase. Nobody can talk and we where told it’s too bad if it never arrives and the only way to speak is by email. NEVER again...

I had a bad experience and posted a review reflecting as such- ur company reached out and had me email in hopes of a response. I have filled out the email form 3 x with the incident- my email - my cell number and checked the box YES to contact me... no response

I am amazed at the way this restaurant treated their best long time employee!! I am appalled. The Manchester 99 should be ashamed of their behavior - they acted poorly and took the cowards way out! You could not possibly ever meet a more professional, kind hearted and caring server. Marjorie is who brought customers into the 99 and kept them coming back. I believe you will see a decline in business without your best. I just cannot believe the audacity to put someone through this nightmare after giving you 25 years of her sweat and tears. She is dependable reliable and a joy to know. She brings a smile to all who know her. Long time patrons of the 99 will be absent from your tables and you dimly lit bar!! I believe your actions were beyond harsh for the infraction. There had to be better way to handle the situation. One extremely disappointed once loyal patron!!!!!!!!!!!!!
