We went 3 days in a row for lunch this week cause we had a job in the area. Food was great and the service was A++. The manager upfront was extremely welcoming and extremely nice. The bartender Nick was on point with everything. He kills it at his job. Great location, will definitely be back soon.
Burger was not good it was too greasy. I think they are using cheaper burgers to make up for less customers do to regulations. Lots of restaurants are taking a big hit. They used to be better.
Forgot pretty much everything on 2 burgers I ordered, gave 4 packets of ketchup for 3 meals and then had the nerve to tell me I got the ketchup I asked for when I called to complain. Also told me he wasn't that one that dealt with my order so if I had anymore complaints I can speak to the manager. Horrible customer service. I love the 99 but I definitely won't be returning to this location!
The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, workers hands over fantastic service. I really like how neat it is and atmosphere. Will come back again.
Had a delicious baked schrod at this location with my husband. Cooked just perfect, wasn’t burnt, and was delivered at a reasonable time! Had a very wonderful chat with the sweetest hostess, I believe her name was Jessica. She made my dinner an absolutely splendid experience and was very personable. I hope to come in while she is serving one of these days! Glad the 99’s is back open!
