I wouldn’t recommend getting anything done here. I tried getting an account started and the person helping me said the system was was down nationwide so he wasn’t able to do it, he gave me a his card and said that he would call me if anything changes. He never called me, I tried calling that branch multiple times but nobody was ever available to answer which makes no sense. I ended up getting an account started at another branch which was a lot more nicer and welcoming compared to this one.

Negative stars -10. Since being a customer I’ve had both but negative experiences. The company is not customer friendly had to thumbprint for my own check even though I had an account. I thought this was an isolated error until another employee entered my new business under the wrong business format and caused several issues trying to make the correction. The online services keep denying my access because “my email and phone do not match” even though I’ve called to verify the accuracy, gone to the branch to verify the accuracy, had employees ensure the accuracy in the department and in branch and I still get the same issue. Since trying to correct all of these issues, the bank frequently issues fraud alerts on my account and denies my use of my card, limits my withdrawal amounts to a minimal $300 a day. The bank doesn’t honor me turning my card off when I try to limit the issues with the account so I’m at this point at a loss. I feel I am better off closing my account and going elsewhere. The employees have all been very rude and nasty and unhelpful. Why is this bank functioning this way?

Absolutely terrible. They push everything through the drive through with one teller inside. The service levels just continue to drop.

Just walked in here for a replacement card that I was supposed to get but didn’t and Jose medrano was extremely rude and sassy. Didn’t feel like he didn’t want to work for Wells Fargo what’s so ever. Tried to tell me to reach out to fraud department and that they could better help me and he could not. I told him that it wasnt fraud and that they just didn’t send me a my replacement card in the mail he told me to “ stop talking and your lying to me I don’t appreciate that” . I already left a voicemail hopefully this get resolved soon..
