PNC holds deposits for 2 days (instead of 1) for new accounts, but doesn't tell you when you're opening an account. All the literature they give you states deposits will be available the next day, so they lie by ommission.nThey also open a savings account without asking if you want one. You then have to argue with the representative as to why you don't want a savings account... even though you didn't want one in the first place.nOn top of that, they limit the amount you can deposit to your account in a month....Who does that?nIf you want to be treated as if you are trying to commit fraud, this is the bank for you.

You won't give me back the od fees ? Okay so I called the help line and they gladly fixed it.nSilly front desk learn how to do your job. Waste of my day with incompetence.

Refused to put in a check claiming it was missing info which it wasn't, and then proceeded to ask for a phone number which they don't require. Train your people how to process checks.nnI've been coming to PNC for a while now, and this branch is the only one giving me problems. Tired of it!

They told me I had to make an appointment to open an account. And that’s only to discus “what type of account you want.” I thought that was stupid because I already knew what I wanted. I was told it would be an hour wait. No one was in line but me. There was enough people there for someone else to service me. Total inconvenience
