Fantastic customer service at this branch. Every employee goes above and beyond.
After several years of being a loyal customer to Fidelity, service overall has been less than satisfactory. Due to my hectic schedule and the inconvenience of switching my business account to another banking institution, I've held off making this change. However, as of recent I have made the necessary steps to move my business and banking needs elsewhere. There has not been ONE time that I've had an issue that was resolved through this bank on my behalf (as a dedicated customer). My home branch has never been helpful in any case. To say this is disappointing is an understatement.
