Horrible customer service!! The lady was being absolutely rude to process my deposits, if you can’t do your job, GO HOME and stop giving customers Attitude because you don’t want to do your job!!

Always a very long wait. Usually only one person working the counter. whenever there's an issue the employees don't seem to care or just simply don't have any power to help in any way shape or form. Seems like corporate has stripped all privileges of their employees and they can't do much in the branch. amazes me that they have clearly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars upgrading and improving the inside of their Branch yet they can't pay for enough help to take care of their customers. I am so sick of Bank of America, after 20+ years I am finally switching to another bank.

This is the worst Bank of America , I have received service so far. Manager hardly is in her place. Agents not willing to help. I was there last week trying to find out why a deposit check from A company had been rejected by Bank of America. The agent who is one of the laziest one I have seen . Gave me a number i call myself and asked me why you do not open account in another bank. I have been with Bank of America since 2000 and a gold member. I called the number and Explained about what happened in Bank and my question. That was Mr. Thomas Brown from wiring department who ask me to go to manager of bank and ask her to contact him. Based on my bad experience for last two years with this branch In Crossville, I decided to go to Alpharetta HWY. the question with help of manager assistant was addressed immediately. She put almost 1 hour time to solve the question and she indeed was very helpful with great personality. This is shameful how some unhappy people with poor customer service performance work in banking business.
