The customer service at this location is very poor. I have come here three times in the last two months and each time they turn you away because it is appointment only. The reason behind it being appointment only is that they only have one banker working at a time. This is so disheartening because as I drive down the street there are so many people, thousands of people in Atlanta Georgia, without a job. Please hire some bankers. It is hard for me and other people who do work every day to formally make an appointment. Please do better.

The contents of our safety deposit box were STOLEN!!!! We are talking family jewelry, wedding rings, cash, and sensitive documents.nnMy family is distraught, rightfully so, because we thought a lockbox at a bank like Wells Fargo would be a safe place to store our valuables.nnThe box is under investigation, but realize there are NO CAMERAS seeing who is going in and out of the lockbox area. Think twice before leaving your money with this bank.

At this location tellers are great but personal bankers need to work on their customer service and acknowledging people waiting in the lobby. Wanted to sign up for another service but one banker was on a personal call and the other one was too busy on his computer when the teller asked if he was available. I'm going back to the branch on my side of town!

Staying nearby, visiting from out of town, I stepped in to this branch to find out if they could arrange for a wire transfer to a third party that I could not do via the web. Although it turned out not to be necessary to make the transaction, it is important to say that within three minutes of my walking through the door I was approached by two different people to find out if I had been helped, in the second case by the branch manager who was clearly busy with someone else. In light of other reviews (no doubt fully justified at the time), I feel it important to make a note that service at this branch seems to be excellent now.

I had 401k with my previous company, who kept the money in Wells Fargo. When I went to change address and cash out, the Indian Gandu (account manager) told me to contact my previous employer instead of contacting Wells Fargo’s customer service.
