The drive thru is the SLOWEST! Not sure why I bother coming to the branch because it is always like this!
1 star for the drive thru speed. Be prepared to sit in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. No comment about anything else.
I tried to make a payment on my car loan over the phone. This process took over 15 minutes, I was put on hold multiple times, and when I finally was able to make the payment, they charged my account twice for over $900... I called back got someone different but she was extremely sweet and helpful. She is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
I waited for 2 hours and I did a withdrawal and to do a dispute and the lady took the form and said to have a seat and wait for me to be called on well here comes closing time and no one has called me. I'm beyond livid. And then one of the employees goes to get the lady and she said that I pretty much sat the for no reason. So this doesn't happen to the next person it needs to be fixed I will never come to this branch every again.
I’ve been with this bank for several years and have never experienced so much trouble with customer service. I will definitely be considering another bank to bank with. I am beyond disappointed with delta!!!
