I’ve been to this location for over a year and a half to deposit my checks, stopped for a few months because they had kept bouncing my checks every check for like 2 months. But nonetheless the customer service was great, always ready to help. Recently my checks started going through again so I have continued to go to this location without dissapointment. Will continue going to this location.
Chase bank has done a excellent job by hiring Cordairo staples as a branch manager he will certainly transform the customer service
I just tried to cash a check at this location and was denied. They said they have no cash available at this location. What good is a bank without money!
Three girls just sit there on their phones, rush when your asking questions. No customer service. Get annoyed with you quickly
Really shady bankers at this branch. Went to this branch to have an overdraft charge removed due to the banks error (duplicate charge on banks end created negative balance, tried to deposit cash at 10pm an hour after the charge occurred, machine couldn’t take deposits, woke up at 5am to deposit cash at three different ATMs, none could do cash deposits, overdraft charge wasnapplied at 1am.....). When I sat down with the teller at 3pm (had other errands to run on my only day off) she told me she’d remove the charge, yet she only refunded part of the charge. So Chase scammed me out of my own $$ and wasted a lot of my time because of their own incompetence.nnDisgusting.
