Went to open my business checking and savings account, as well as apply for a business credit card through Chase, and BRENDA was OUTSTANDING & the-most-HELPFUL in setting this up!
I went to this branch to see about opening a savings Acct and link it to my checking Acct. I waited for 15-minutes and no one helped us. 1-lady just sat there and typed on the computer. We turned around and walked out the door. Terrible customer service!!!!!
Why are y’all open with 5 people if all you can do is direct us to the ATM? I’m sorely disappointed with Chase bank!! Thought y’all really care about your customers, I guess y’all only care about how much moneys in my account...
This is actually the best I’ve visited in a while! Usually i have to wait a long time or deal with poor customer service at other locations but not this one. Every time i walk into this establishment i am treated as if I’ve known these people for years, everyone I’ve met encourages me to push through school, and I’ve never ran into the same employee more than once so the hospitality must be contagious
