I have been going to pet supplies plus for years and I have to say the new groomers are FABULOUS! I was very disappointed in the way the last management handled their groomers and customer service, but I highly recommend this place now more than ever! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, and the Groomers truly care about their jobs and connect with the animals! You can tell they love their jobs and that's what is most important to me! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Not a bad selection for dog and cat food. I was also able to find the basking bulb I needed for my lizard, and they had some cute baked goods for dogs up by the register. The employees were friendly and the store looked more or less clean. There's not a lot for smaller pets, and it looks like the store could use some upgrades, but it wasn't a bad experience.
Staff was great. Went in to bath my dog and it took a long time to get warm water. Rubber mat is missing on one of the dog ramps. Small things that could make the experience better.
Changing this review after it has fallen over the years. Absolutely disgusting care for all the animals in tiny tanks, barely cleaned, and giving improper care advice for all animals just to make a sale. Along with the animal abuse the prices are severely inflated to almost double what you can find online.
Very nice and clean place to get pet supplies and all the people that work there are very nice and helpful I will go back there again
