Since COVID 19 the lobby has not been open. The wait at the drive thru has been ridiculous. The tellers that work in the drive thru have had the worst attuited. I have been banking at the location for several years. I always enjoyed going into the lobby and dealing with the teller's they were pleasant and willing to help. Have not had any good experience every time I have to use the drive thru.

Awesome group of tellers and very nice and professional. Never had an issue at all with this bank. Been with BBT for 15 plus years

Usually, I experience great service with this bank, but after using Bill Pay on their website for the first time, I'm having more problems than ever before. I scheduled a payment 11 days in advance to the date it was due, but now, the payment is due TOMORROW and the company meant to receive the check hasn't gotten it.nI've called six times throughout the course of this and haven't gotten a single, direct answer from BB&T--not to mention that one of the employees in the Carrollton Branch has ALWAYS been extremely churlish and petulant since her arrival at the location.nI'm giving two stars PURELY for the other tellers at the location who have always been helpful and understanding.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! I can not stress this enough!!! I closed my accounts that I had for over 10 years back in April and today receive a collections letter in the mail for merchant services. Even though I went into the bank and closed everything and the lady told me everything was good to go and they were sorry to see me leave. Today when I call about this $195.00 fee I am getting they told me it wasn’t their problem. If you are a business you better go somewhere else. They will rip you off!!!!

Very friendly staff. As far as BBT goes I feel it as a company has grown alot over the last few yrs of my family being a customer of theirs. Had some bloops couple of yrs ago but has all been updated, security measures I feel are top notch!
