Very limited menu now. Out of many products. Brocc. Fish items
The service , staff were very helpful , friendly and courtesous. The food was amazing.
Ok..Always ok..Never knocks my socks off but never terrible..
At check in my name and phone number were taken down to facilitate contact tracing if necessary. Menu was all digital and limited, but seemed to consist of mostly the most popular items. Our server, Axel, wore a mask and donned fresh gloves at our table outside. Food was brought in to go containers and flatware was the to go packages. These are all good things, as it made me feel safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Service was great, steak tips were as good as ever. Kudos to management and staff.
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I got over charged 3 times on one bill. I went back in talked to the manager who was no help what so ever. I showed him the extra charges and he tells me “there’s nothing I can do it’s just a hold” Continues screaming at me while I’m walking out of the door. You can’t make anyone a manager and mark has 0 business being a manager. I’m absolutely disgusted in the lack of “customer service” I received last night. We will never be back to this franchise again.
