Horrible customer service
They have cut back staff drastically to one drive through lane and one teller inside. Yes there is a lot of banking being done online but we still need to visit the bank. The wait times have increased so don't plan to stop by before an appointment you have scheduled because you may miss it.
No one will answer a phone call.
Charlie plaza has terrible communication with customers, definitely dont be long in management. The worst service I've ever encountered
