Not sure why the negative reviews. I went in today 12/16 with what I thought was going to be a major problem. Sat down with Jenny and showed her an email from my insurance company saying my escrow account never paid my premium and required immediate action. She made a few phone calls , One to their mortgage Dept an another to the insurance carrier. Turns out it was the carrier's error and I now have confirmation numbers and dates to show that in fact they were issued their check a month ago. I feel very fortunate to have stopped in today and watch Jenny go way above and beyond her duties by helping me out and assuring me everything was taken care of. All of the staff seemed very friendly and the customers seemed to know the tellers by name and it was honestly like going back in time. Very professional yet very friendly. I for one will be a lifelong customer. Michael M

I have never been to a bank that will not deposit cash into your account without an I'd. That's is the craziness thing I have ever encountered. Unless the woman at the window had nothing better to do than be rude to her customers. We normally don't bsnk at this branch, (and won't again) we were on our way to DMV to replace my husband's Drivers license and the DMV prefers another form of payment, so we stopped to deposit cash. This bank is manged HORRIBLY. BOA only cares about the bottom line not their customers. Called today with a question / complaint since BOA walk in is closed. Customer service rep told me to go to a location. She didn't even realize they are closed. She answered my question incorrectly as she wasn't listening to simple facts. When I repeated my question again..and now I'm annoyed ...she hung up on me. Chase is right next door and have my business account there. Chase is run far more efficiently. I will be closing all my personal accounts and cards with BOA this week!!!!! i GIVE BOA 10 THUMBS DOWN!!!!

They are Literally the best bank in FL u could possibly go to. The love they have for the people and seeing that you are fully satisfied is truly out of this world.nI actually love Bank of America more than my own family.nnPs. Kat is so beautiful and she just gives u a heartwarming feeling.
