I prefer to shop locally rather than online but I've had multiple bad experiences buying cat food here. I was overcharged on separate occasions. Make sure to check your receipt when you leave this place!nnPros:nEmployees are nice enough.nIt is close.nLower prices than online in some cases.nnCons:nEvery time I go here I am charged for more than I leave with.nCat food selection is not great (probably due to covid)nnI won't be going back. I would rather pay a few dollars more online and not worry about coming home without items I paid for.
Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I’m not sure exactly what kind of crickets the store carries, but they last days longer than the ones I get from the big chain pet stores. Even though I live closer to a Petsmart, I go out of my way to shop here because of the high quality of both the service and the crickets.
Only pet store that carries my dog's high quality food. Usually have to go to a feed store like the one downtown. Associates are really nice and helpful. Good in store discounts and email coupons.
I really enjoyed coming here, all the staff was very nice and helpful and it was a fun environment with great prices!
They have prices that can beat out amazon and I love seeing the shelter kittens when I shop here.
