Very nice service and best location for UCF students. They also offer free notary service for customers.
Every time I've ever been in this branch, they have been unfailingly positive and helpful. No idea at all why there would be any 1-star votes.
Simply put, one of the worst banks I've ever been to. The wait to get anything done, outside of just deposits or withdraws is always a guessing game. They're under staffed and not to mention the small customer area hey have is somewhat claustrophobic, barely anywhere to sit or wait while you wait on a rep.
Drive-thru ATM never works here and when it does, it doesn't work for cash payments or deposit. Very inconvenient when doing nightly deposits and you have to drive to Oviedo.
Nick and Amber always take care of me at this branch. They are very customer service focused and will always go the extra mile for you. The branch manager is also very good.
