I went and talked with Zakia, she was great! Very helpful and patient. She got my account back up and running. She was so nice and made me feel like I could come back whenever for financial help. Great bank and great employee:)
Addition has been a great credit union for the entire decade I've been in the area. Their staff at all locations has been very helpful but I've especially appreciated all the exceptional customer service the Corporate branch provided throughout the process of buying my first house. I was able to secure a much better interest rate on my auto loan and can now see everything in one dashboard. They have a great team and offer a variety of helpful services.
My experience today with Oliver was great. He was able to explain in detail all my questions and had me understand by the time we finished the call
