Bought our first pet Fancy Rat from here! The rats are so well taken care of and handled by the owners and employees. So they stay super friendly and are hand-able. Our little fancy rat is just the sweetest, they were running a great special to when we got him! The woman was so well informed about all the animals and you could tell she was just really passionate about them. A lot of love from the employees to the animals, and from the owner. Great store, will continue to be a customer for sure!

Just went to this pet store in Winter Haven called crazy critters nicest owner I've ever met for a pet store. If you live and work in Florida in Kissimmee or by Winter Haven this is definitely work a visit. It's a mom-and-pop own store and if I'm going to give my money to anybody it's going to be them.
I love to support local businesses and this is one that deserves all the credit for being dedicated to selling the things their customer needs and wants. Give them some time to learn through some growing pains, but let them know what you need, and they will get it in a rush. We go here for all of our needs. We have a Rabbit they sold us and a Bearded Dragon that we get all of our supplies for here. It's important to buy pet products from people who live pets as much as they do and not just someone looking for a job.
Bought my first turtle! Well informed staffed even gave me a bundle deal with 10 percent off! Will highly recommend.
