Edited version: Extremely poor quality! If I could give zero stars, I would! I wore the shoes for two hours and the soul peeled up. That’s when I noticed the stitching is fake. The soul is only weakly glued on. I contacted support for a refund but didn’t receive a response until AFTER I left a negative review. Then, I was offered a replacement instead of a refund and asked to edit my review. I had to make it extremely clear that I wanted a refund because the shoes are very poorly made and that replacement was unacceptable. Then the owner leaves an inaccurate response to my review insinuating that I, not he and his product, are the problem. Not only is the product quality low but the “support” is a sarcastic bully. I reiterate to the owner that I will never patronize your site again and will encourage others not to either. Good day sir!
The Vince Camuto boots are absolutely amazing. Shipping was fast and seller has great communication. I’ll def shop here again.
Never again. Ordered size 8...recd size 6. Receipt in pkg said size 8. Now I have to drive back to Walmart to return and wait for credit.nBad experience for first purchase. Not worth the trouble and inconvenience/. Buy locally.
