I used to go here to buy shoes for all my children, and gave it 5 stars. It was my go to place every season. I was always able to find what I needed, and there was plenty of space to try shoes on. However, after the store moved children's shoe selection is a tiny fraction of what it was in the old location. Just 2-3 short aisles with limited color options, and 2 chairs to try shoes on. Unfortunately, this is no longer a great place to shop for kids shoes, so I adjusted my rating to 3 stars.nUPDATE: store staff members are nice and helpful, and adult shoe selection is good, at least for women (I have not looked at men's). So for a regular shoe store it would be 4 or 5 stars, but for a family shoe store 3 stars still feel more appropriate to me due to a very small kids' shoe section, both in terms of selection and space to try them on (kids always come with families, so need more space than a typical adult shopping for shoes).

Excellent prices in comfort style shoes for the family. The only reason for it not being a truly quality experience is the sales associates. Some are extremely helpful, while others are downright rude. If service is important -buyer beware; otherwise go for it

My granddaughter love's this store. She says the prices are great the shoe styles are always on point. I just wait in the car last time i went in with her we were there almost a hour. Teen girls

This place has an amazing selection of good quality, many European, shoes. I went in for good snow boots and was offered a great selection and fantastic customer service, contrary to many of the reviews here. The woman helping me was VERY helpful, informative and got all the sizes and styles I requested and then did not hover as I tried them on. She was GREAT. To top it off, I also got some cute not-snow boots for close to 40% off in the clearance room. Great place; I will definitely be back.
