This is the slowest bank EVER!!!!. We waited for quite a while in the drive through. There was an error in cash back so I went to go in the lobby because the line was long behind us in the drive through. IT WAS CLOSED.!!!! Unbelievable. Only 2 poor tellers trying to handle the steady stream of drive through. You never know if the drive through will be closed or the lobby. Very poor customer service for Bank Of America. Staff there has always been good to me. So not their faultn.
This place is terrible! Look at the Reviews! Tear this place down and build a Chase Bank
Literally the WORST Bank of America that I have ever stepped foot in. A few of the clerks are rude in manner, as well as the manager herself. Extremely long wait times every single time! Unfortunately, it is the closest branch to my house, so I went in for the convenience, but once inside, I realized what an inconvenience it was. Terribly organized with lack of professionalism. I will likely never return.

Quick rant: needed change for a 20 so I went inside. Big mistake. Only One teller during lunchtime - are you joking!?! Customer 2 in front of me is getting a cashier's check and it takes well over 5 minutes. Why wouldn't there be 2 tellers during the 11am to 1:30pm time frame.nPlus only one ATM at this location! No drive through ATM anymore! I get so frustrated everytime I go to Bank of America. Ridiculous!! Rant over. Thanks
