I brought my sister to this bank because she lives in a nursing home and she had a check drawn to her by the home in a personal check because they took her stimulus and when she brought this to the drive thru because she has a Walker and wheel chair and cannot hardly walk the woman said she has to come in to be on camera...she walks all the way in and comes back out to tell me they wont cash it because her last name is not the same as the check but she has proof of it being her last name...took her to my bank first national bank of pasco and the cashed ot no problem. Bank of america in zhills is terrible customer service
I want to say yes they could use more tellers one on a Monday morning is ridiculous running inside an drive thru. i blame Bank Of America for being a slacker it's the same way at all there branches but Nicole was handling the line She is very helpful an very nice. also Robert was a great help. THANKS guys

Worst customer service I've ever received at a bank.
I always come to this branch for my business and personal transaction..nthe new crews under new management are very unpleasant. Lack of experience . They have their own policy of limited transactions which I never experience before. The cashier lady was very unfriendly when I ask her to do another transaction.. There were only 2 customers there. But I have to get back in-line For another transaction on my business account And then they said can’t do it because limited of cash. In my Point of view , they should communicate with customers and explain the situation before they make the customers waited . Very unprofessional.
