They so many animals but they need to improve sanitation. Overall good
I called for bird hand feeding formula and was told they didn't have any in stock. Later that same day I went in to by another product and saw it sitting on the shelf. They didn't have the patients or kindness to check the shelf for me before telling me they didn't have the product. The site says affordable pet shop but they actually RAISE the prices more then petco and petsmart. This formula sells for $9.99 in brand name stores and here I paid $21 !
I don’t know how old the photo of the leopard gecko is but it is EXTREMELY Malnutritioned and on the Verge of death; if no one has purchased it by now it is probably dead. Having sand as a substrate can also kill them. Is this how you treat all your other reptiles?

I should appreciate the owner of this pet shop. Because my boyfriend and I have a chinchilla which comes from this shop .nFew months before we have to left US by some reason to Europe. However the airline couldn’t allow me to bring my baby in cabin,so the owner helped us to kept him and took care of him for really long time and even helped us to bring him to Europe with a really long trip.nAnyway, really appreciate this pet shop gave us an angel and the warm heart of this shop’s owner.
