The manager/assistant manager (tristian) I believe was super rude, he told my family that we are probably tight on money, was rude to us when we wanted to pay on two separate transactions for some reason? Lol weird guy, we went back and returned our items after that

Jean and Derek treated us very polite and took the time to find the shoes my daughter wanted. The store manager Kidany was very attentive and enthusiastic!!! Store # 1587
I called from Cape Coral Florida. Johnathan was so very helpful. He made sure the backpack I wanted was shipped to my city.(3 hours away). His customer service was just wonderful. I will so get thank him personally when I make a trip there. His store number is 1247.
To be honest, I went to foot locker at Florida Mall to buy socks and the service was so bad I put the socks back on the the rack and stopped by Journeys where the service was so good that I bought a pair of shoes. I would definitely recommend this Journeys at the Florida Mall to my friends.
