Great prices loved the layout
If I could give 0 stars I would, I waited patiently for associate to ring me up. All she did was stare and disgustingly scratch herself everywhere. I waited as she was just standing there and left. Very upset and disappointed to be treated as if I’m invisible. Papaya WAS my favor store, but this location had VERY rude associates. 4 people and the register and NO ONE HELPED
Great Customer Service
I was in this store while on vacation & purchased 3 items. When I returned from my vacation I realized the cashier left all 3 security tags on. The manager Denise is very unhelpful even after the time, transaction #, the reference # was given. She proceeded to tell me she would have to view the camera as if the merchandise was stolen. I spoke to the assistant manager yesterday Naomi that couldn't offer any help & now I have to wait another day for Denise to review cameras instead of offering a resolution. I go to this store all time when on the west coast, but these people at this store are flat out incompetent.
