So I bought the incorrect sz online and went to the store to change it. They had none in stock and wasn’t sure when the next shipment was coming in. The employee Seth took my number and said as soon as a shipment comes in he’s going to call. Soon as I got home I had a message from Seth saying they had a shipment in the morning, I can pick it up tomorrow just ask for employee Mary and she’ll swap them for you. I get to the store and Mary already knew I was coming and had my correct sz.nnWow! Talk about above and beyond! I’ll definitely will be returning to this store, that was excellent customer service.

It was a little confusing navigating but the have a wide variety of nice shoes even fresh drops there 9/10 recommended

Horrible customer service. You would think that they would have release-day down to a science by now, but they do not. I went in for a simple exchange, not knowing it was release day. My ordeal ended with them letting people skip me, after I watched them walk up, because they weren't paying attention and let an extra line form that wasn't supposed to be there. I was also in the wrong line at first and the people that the employees let cut me WERE NOT THERE. Anyway, when I got to the register, the cashier on register 2 told my cashier on register 3, that the lady I watched walk up (I know bc I was admiring her purse) was there before me. I let them know that that was not the case and they told me since I was doing an exchange and it would take longer, they would take the 2 people who were in the wrong line before me. I'm confused as to how the cashier knew who was before me when she couldn't pay enough attention to not let the fake line form in the first place. There was also no sense of urgency from the cashier's to get ppl out of the stores quickly, to make the lines move faster, in a day they knew they would be slammed. They were so slow bagging orders it was ridiculous. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. It's truly not worth the hassle.
