Someone referred me here cause they have bigger sizes but I must say I will not be coming back or referring anyone here to this location. Per the website, it says closing time is 8 pm. My friend and I arrived at 7:24 and the guy person said we had five mins to closing when asked why does it say 8 pm he said the owner put that up and the lady person started laughing. I felt rushed and just left.please update hours and work on professionalism
Very rude customer service very rude owner speaks very rudely to customers who are simply trying to shop first time experience I tried on a shoe & owner was upset because both shoes were out the box even also I had on a try on sock still approached me very rudely
Shoe Time in y opinion is best I Orlando as per variety and price. They always adding new variety regularly so selectikn as per requirement looks easy.
I would usually give this place 5 stars since I’ve been purchasing from this location for 7+ years with the original owner HOWEVER the new owner is VERY TERRIBLE he walks behind you as you attempt to look for shoes then says you cannot try on the shoes unless you are purchasing them because trying them on wears down the shoe NEED TO MENTION EVERY shoe in this store runs differently because they come from different vendors so it’s a 7/10 chance you’ll get all your shoes the same size I would NEVER shop here again trash customer service
