Absolutely my best pet store experience. Jason is the young man to talk to, his professional people skills, his knowledge of the store and whereabouts are paramount. He also help set us up with the pals rewards. Petco people be aware you have a noteworthy, outstanding individual in your employ. With his aptitude and abilities, the sky's the limit!
there is an associate name Adam who is very educated on the different dog foods, health of different breeds. His knowledge was very impressive and VERY helpful. I explained an issue I was having with one of my pups and without telling him what my vet said he, he responded with the same answer. You have a valued asset of am associate! Because of Adam I will shop at your store instead of the one closer to my house in Kissimmee
I will happily say my experience here was amazing!nI was so grateful for Hector’s services. My fur baby had a traumatizing experience at PetSmart and he came in so scared with high guards that no one else wanted to deal with him.nHector told me to bring him back on another day that was not so busy, so that he could focus on him only and earn his trust, and that he did.nMy fur baby loved him and he did so great.nThank you for showing him that not all groomers are out to hurt him. And last but not least , thank you again for stepping up and seeing the good in him and giving him a chance.nYou are stuck with us now, he loves you!
