I've been taking my dog to see Katie for 4 years now. Katie and all the staff at Wolf Gang Conway are absolutely amazing! My dog LOVES visiting his girlfriend. Katie does an amazing job and is phenomenal with him. He is never nervous and is so excited to spend time with everyone there. He also enjoys grocery shopping and picking out treats. If you are looking for a caring grooming staff, look no further! They treat your pet like their own It makes the 45min-60min drive worth it. Thank you to the staff at Wolf Gang for taking such excellent care of my dog and letting me know I never have to worry about him!
From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. The woman at the front desk was super nice and the groomers come out to take your pup(s) and discuss their appointment with you, what you’re looking for and any contraindications. My yorkie looked so handsome when they were done. It was my first time there and it won’t be my last! Wonderful staff!
I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. They are always so great with my goldendoodle! She actually likes going here and everyone is always so sweet. I truly recommend them. They always communicate any changes and get back to you in a timely manner. Very happy that they are in my neighborhood.
My initial rating was 5 stars, but after frequenting this place for a while, we’ve learned how things really are and I’m dropping my rating considerably.nnWhile you will schedule an appointment ahead of time, all you’re actually scheduling is a cage to store your beloved pup until the groomers have enough bandwidth to finally get around to them. In our experience this can literally be 2-4 hours of caging your pup- let alone leaving you in limbo for the day- you may as well go to Universal and ride some coasters, because who knows when they’ll get around to them.nnIt’s not challenging to find a groomer in the area who does a good job and doesn’t unnecessarily lock up your pet and waste your time. This place needs an overhaul of their scheduling and management structure before we’ll consider them again.nn(And please don’t claim this review is a hoax and you won’t find me in your customer database, my wife is the one who handles this.)
Took my fur babies to get groomed here for the first time and the experience was above and beyond. Eric went over paperwork with me and asked my preferences for the haircuts. He was extremely helpful and kind. He made me feel comfortable leaving my babies with him. When I went to pick up my dogs, they looked great and even had cute little bandanas on. The prices are reasonable and even cheaper than my previous groomer. The shop has a wide variety of treats, toys, and necessities for cats and dogs. Prior to coming here for grooming I would stop in to grab some of their table treats, my dogs love them. I’ll definitely be returning!
