I had recently missed placed my debit card and Addition Financial made it super easy to cancel and make an appointment at the Forest City branch (my personal favorite) with Krishna next morning to issue a brand new debit card!! No waiting in line, or days for a new card. Krishna was super helpful, super professional, super knowledgeable of his services and products, and just a kind human! I cannot give more praises to this company and employee.
I have been a member of this bank for over 25 years (previously CFEFCU). The service and tellers here are amazing. My go to person is Krishna. He is always so patient and kind. He works swiftly, diligently and is overall a great teller to deal with for all of my banking needs. You guys definitely have a customer for life!
