I've been a valley client for years and I usually go to the Dr Philips branch but I was downtown so I went there instead. WORST MISTAKE EVER. I needed to send a wire over seas (something I do every month at the Dr Philips branch in less than 10 minutes). The banker had absolutely no clue how to do it. She told me that because it's international she had to make a few calls. (The Dr Philips branch doesn't have to call anyone?)She called 2 other people for assistance and she told me that both people told her 2 different things??? What does that even mean?? Can you do my wire or nah?? At this point it has already been 25 minutes and I was no closer to getting this money out. I told her never mind and just went to my other bank. Complete waste of time.

This place has gone down hill as of late. They got rid of the branch manager who was very personable and always made my experience great. He'd take time to discuss my options, and would always ask how my family is doing. Very nice guy. Sad he is gone along with the welcoming culture that was once there.nnThe blonde lady is horrible, she makes me feel rushed to get in and out and is very unorganized. Unprofessional and NOT personable at all.

I go to this bank probably at least once a week and the tellers Shazzy and Diane are always very helpful. The drive through teller machine is in the garage on Boone, straight back, past the parking entrance booth/gate, so it isn't noticeable. My only complaint is that I wish there were more parking spots available, but hey, it is downtown Orlando and any parking does not come easy.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK ON THE PLANET CORPORATE NJ NEEDS TO CLOSE THE DT ORLANDO DR PHILLIPS LOCATION. Complete idiots work at all these locations!! Update on this bank!! SAME EXPERIENCE AT DR PHILLIPS LOCATION. Cannot make deposits on ATM. Avoid this bank like the plague. ZERO STARS for this annoying and ridiculous bank. They screw up is mind boggling. All the employees should be fired at this branch. No outside ATM at this location. Horrible customer service and on line service. This location is just as bad as the other locations. Horrible, horrible bank.
