Horrible staff. They are rude snd lazy. Went in to open a new account and they told me I couldn't because they only had one employee working that location... There was no one else waiting and more employees sitting around doing nothing. They just don't want to deal with anyone. If you need to get ANYTHING done go somewhere else. This place is a waste of time
This bank looks depressing and even more depressing when they tell you it's 8 bucks to cash their own check.
Not a good bank. Very rude and worthless. Cant even cash a check at this location. Lazy lazy lazy. Just go to another location and save yourself a headache.
Only 1 teller inside bank pretty much everyday, but Fridays are the worst.. several times I have waited with over 10 people in line, with only 1 very nice teller.. the greeter, and other people in the office NEVER help. Even when there is security drop of or pick up, the teller has to stop what she is doing to assist them instead of the greeter or office people who are sometime never helping anyone. Very disappointed in this branch
Super slow. Over an hour wait to change my last name. The lady that initially greeted me never signed me in and two parties who came after me ended up being seen before me. There seems to be only one person helping out customers. Go somewhere else.
