This location is ok,but the workers are not polite,disrespectful especially the the white lady who assist me today,she stared at me so badly,this kind of employee is not good in your company,my concern is she needs more training how to approach and handle costumer,I feel bad for this company that you have this kind of employee ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d

Walked in nobody to greet me I was just trying to open an account there but that poor customer service disgusted me they were sitting on their computers didn’t even acknowledge me and that lady that was there was so disrespectful I forgot her name date is 11/12

This bank is excellent. Your staff is very helpful and always try to help you in all your financial needs. This bank has very good products that adapt to all your needs. The office is always clean and your staff especially Juan Saavedra are highly trained, here you will feel that more than a client you are part of the family. If you are a business owner and you are looking for a bank that fits your needs, I recommend that you choose Regions and if you are in Central Florida it is the best branch.

This bank has one of the worst customer service ever. I walked in and literally anyone that walked in after was seen. I came in to open a checking account and waited 30 minutes before anyone opened their mouth to welcome me. There happen to be a parking lot accident when I visited. One of the banking associates mentioned to the other banking associate who was at the time busy with one of the men who was involved in the parking lot incident told her that the gentlemen can resolve this on their own in the meantime attend to me. Of course all this was said in Spanish she proceed to shrug me off and basically ignored me. She was hoping on 1 leg with an injury. I then waited another 5 or so minutes, and a man walks in, stands at the lobby for a bit and I hear the lady who ignored me ask the young man who just came in, is that you so and so?” He then made his way into her office and she began to assist him. Don’t go hear if you’re black and don’t speak Spanish.
