I had to erase the first review i made for this bank. It was a bad review. Today i had to go there again, because i had no other choice. But, wow!! I'm impressed. The transaction was excellent. The tellers were attentive and explaining every step. The female manager was there observing that everything were made good. Thank you!!! That's customer service!!!
Everytime that I tried to use the ATM...Is either out of service or it says that doesn't accept deposit...is the only branch that always has a problem with the ATM...too bad is the closest one to my house.
Her name was either Maritza or Melissa, but I came through the drive through with my dog to make a withdrawal. There was a second envelope she sent back to me that I assumed was candy. It was dog treats!! I didn't have a chance to thank her, so thank you! Me and my pup appreciate it.

I would like to highlight Ana Ortiz (the branch manager) in this review. I was there today, making a transfer, when I told the employee behind the counter about broken glass that was on the ground in the parking lot. Ana must have heard what I told them, but didn’t send anyone to clean it up: she got up HERSELF, getting a broom and dustpan. She didn’t need to have anyone else do the “dirty job” for her: the branch manager did it herself.
